What is your tip for reducing life stress during grad school?
What do you do that helps you reduce stress in non-grad school related parts of your life? Inevitably, I find that these things also make me less stressed out about grad school.
I try to cook all of my lunches on Sundays so that I know what I'm eating for the week. I recently bought paper plates, for busy weeks so I don't have to do as many dishes. I have regularly scheduled and written into my calendar hobbies (e.g., dance class twice a week). And I make sure to take my dog out on walks with at least some regularity.
